Request for Proposal: RFP-2021-004-USVIEDA
The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“USVIEDA”) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consulting firms to assist the U.S. Virgin Islands in its efforts to create an Energy Sector Analysis. A consultant is needed to develop a transformative Energy Sector Analysis for the Territory.

All requests for explanation or clarification must be presented to Kelly Thompson Webbe, Interim Chief Financial Officer, via email at kwebbe@usvieda.org no later than 5:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time, Monday, July 12, 2021.
Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, July 28, 2021 before 5:00 p.m. AST in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. Proposals received after said date and time will not be considered.
The USVIEDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. An award will be made to the most responsive and responsible bidders whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
