Request for Proposal: RFP-2021-003-USVIEDA
The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (“USVIEDA”) is seeking proposals from highly qualified consulting firms to assist the Virgin Islands of the United States (“U.S. Virgin Islands” or “Territory”) in its effort to develop a global marketing campaign to increase awareness of the U.S. Virgin Islands and recruit businesses across eight (8) targeted industries: agribusiness, technology/professional services, healthcare and health sciences, renewable energy, coastal/ocean resources, research and development, light/advanced manufacturing, and VI-style tourism. A consultant is needed to develop a transformative Global Marketing Campaign for the Territory.

All requests for explanation or clarification must be presented to Ms. Kelly Thompson Webbe, Interim Chief Financial Officer, via email at kwebbe@usvieda.org no later than 5PM, Atlantic Standard Time, Monday, July 12, 2021.
Proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, July 28, 2021 before 5PM AST in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. Proposals received after said date and time will not be considered.
The USVIEDA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous. An award will be made to the most responsive and responsible bidders whose offer conforms to the solicitation.
