CHARLOTTE AMALIE, U. S. Virgin Islands - August 19, 2021 – The Virgin Islands Small Business Development Center (VI SBDC) continues to host its, "Lunch and Learn: VIEDA Webinar Series" in August and September 2021 on programs and services offered by the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA).
These webinars are for residents and local entrepreneurs looking for opportunities to learn about U.S. Virgin Islands' tax incentives for small businesses, how to become a supplier for a business receiving tax benefits from the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC), and how to receive tax credits or exemptions through neighborhood revitalization programs. The VIEDA has four entities: the VIEDC, Enterprise Zone Commission, Economic Development Bank and the V.I. Economic Development Park Corporation.
These webinars will be held virtually via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.

· Thursday, September 16, 2021 - 12PM AST: "Eligible Suppliers Program"
In this webinar, local small businesses have an opportunity to learn how to become a local supplier of goods and services to businesses receiving tax incentives under the VIEDC Economic Development Tax Incentive Program. Join the VIEDC team to learn about the VIEDC Eligible V.I. Suppliers Program.
