CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – March 14, 2023 — Rosa C. Thomas, Assistant Chief Executive Officer of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA), announces that a Public Hearing is scheduled for the Economic Development Bank, a subsidiary of the VIEDA, at 9AM on Thursday, March 16, 2023 on a Proposal for Workforce Home Development submitted by Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino located on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands
Following the public hearing, a decision meeting will also be held on matters for the VIEDA, the Economic Development Bank and the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC).
The VIEDA advises the public that the VIEDA Board of Directors may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254.
This meeting will be conducted via Zoom, a software-based platform for video and audio communications.
