CHARLOTTE AMALIE, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - November 9, 2015 - The V.I. Economic Development Authority announces that the V.I. Economic Development Authority (“VIEDA”), along with its subsidiary the Economic Development Commission, will be holding a Governing Board Decision Meeting on applications regarding tax benefits from the following businesses: Alpha Mortgage Advisors, Inc.; Castle Medical Holding, Inc.; CD Paradise Holdings, LLLP; and CDM Investment Management LLLP along with other matters which may be brought to the appropriate Board for action. A meeting will also be held by the VIEDA. All interested persons are notified in accordance with V.I. CODE ANN. tit. 1, § 254, as amended.
These meetings will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 beginning at 9 a.m. in the VIEDA office at 8000 Nisky Shopping Center, Suite No. 620, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and via video conference feed at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, No. 4 Negro Bay, Building No. 2, Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI. The VIEDA Board of Directors and its subsidiary Board(s) may go into executive session with respect to any decision at any time during the meetings as provided in 1 V.I.C. § 254(b).
