The Park is managed by George St. Rose with the assistance of two technical supports. The total square footage for St. Croix is 158,700 sq. ft. and St. Thomas is 20,000 sq. ft. The basic function is to provide rental space for EDC beneficiaries as restricted by the agreement between the Federal Government and IPDC. |
