| VIEDA Invites St. John Business Owners |

ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, July 1 – The V.I. Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) invites St. John business owners to a workshop tomorrow, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at which a new web-based business development tool entitled “Island Business Link” will be introduced.
According to Benjamin Rivera, Jr., Acting Chief Executive Officer of the VIEDA, “Island Business Link,” which is being introduced to the Territory by the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs, is designed to facilitate the matching of island businesses with businesses and/or investors anywhere in the world.
This innovative business tool will be unveiled to interested St. John business and government leaders tomorrow (Wednesday) in the Conference Room at the Westin Resort and Villas from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
